CYCLING CANADA TO MEXICO!
Epic Journey is a Wrap! Check Blog for Latest Status
After five San Francisco to Santa Monica cycling adventures on the California Coast Classic, I decided to thinkBIGGER this year and I came up with the idea to cycle from Canada to Mexico. My initial goal was to raise $10,000.00 for juvenile arthritis programs and research. I nearly tripled my goal thanks to the great support from those listed below.

Our family is humbled by the outpouring of generous support, which honors our daughter, Lindsey, who has been battling juvenile rheumatoid arthritis since the age of three. After setting an initial goal of raising a minimum of $10,000.00, I raised that goal to $15,000.00. When the ride started, I crossed the $25,000.00 threshhold,, and more donations are coming in. Some of those are coming from folks I meet on the ride and even a few names I don't recognize at all! Following is a list of those who are supporting BikeTheCoast13 so far. A huge thank you to each and every one of you!!

From San Francisco to Santa Monica, I will be cycling in the California Coast Classic. This will be my 6th CCC. In those six years, my teammates and I have collectively raised over $160,000 for the Arthritis Foundation.
Through Oregon, I will be cycling in the Arthritis Foundation's People's Coast Classic. This will be my first PCC
During the 6 days of the Pacific Coast Classic and the 8 days of the California Coast Classic, there is ride support and I will be camping at night. On 17 other nights I am staying in motels or B&Bs. Every single one offered me a discount, ranging from 10% to the free room offered by the Dana Point Marina Inn. Those discounts helped make this adventure possible!
