Today’s route is a 71-miler through Oak Harbor, on Whidbey Island, then onto Port Townsend via ferry. My ride finishes in Quilcene, home to the Quilcene oyster, on Quilcene Bay. It's cloudy here in Anacortes, but the forecast is sunny and 80° in Quilcene. I looped through Washington Park this morning, and I'm now at Mary Ann's Kitchen having breakfast. When you told us about packing light, we thought you should reconsider - what is one more pannier? Laughed out loud when you wrote about not having anything to wear while your clothes were in the washer. The pictures are great, Washington is such a beautiful state. Enjoy and ride safe.
